All products sold by Auron Elite are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption or medical use.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item is incorrect
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective upon delivery

Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The wrong product was supplied
  • The product arrived damaged during transit
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Auron Elite

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Auron Elite.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
